Sighted Guide Training
Our Sighted Guide Training is designed to provide you with practical guiding skills so that you can confidently and safely guide someone who is visually impaired around a range of environments.
A two hour Non-Accredited Sighted Guiding Techniques session which covers:
Being able to safely guide a visually impaired person including specific techniques around:
- To and from sitting
- Through narrow spaces
- Outward and inward turns
- Push and pull doors
- Stairs and steps
